Without any hesitation, Dad said "a waitress", Mom said "wheat".
Kinda funny how your parents seem to sprout a sense of humour an the most unexpected of times.
Here's a video of George Galloway completely destroying a poor Sky News reporter about the Lebanon issue. I strongly suggest you watch it.
When mankind can make bombs that can wipe vaporize all matter for miles, destroy entire cities, make entire regions uninhabitable for hundreds of years, can send information all over the world in the blink of an eye, send men to the Moon and machines to Mars, can travel faster, better, further and safer than ever before. Why, then, can it not make a teacup that doesn't drip a neat drop of tea down the outside of the cup when you take a sip.
Why do you, when walking to work in the morning, in classic story tale style, see a bird fallen from a tree, its leg broken, too young to fly, sitting right in your path; it's parents chirping loudly in the tree above. A crow makes threatening noises and tries to swoop down over the fallen bird, but aborts it's attempt half way through when it sees you coming straight at it. Why do you, in a moment of clarity, realize what could happen - will happen - and make a decision. When no one is around, no one watching, when it won't make a difference no matter what you do. Why?
Why an idea, that all things tends to simplicity, is so attractive, so promising, even when one of the most basic of laws of physics clearly states otherwise.
Why a thought, confuses me; whether its more beautiful for the source of all skill to be a God, or not.
Why it is that some people are quicker to reflect, and others, stubbornly rebellious, refuse to see.
Sometimes, choosing the red pill really is better. Ignorance isn't all bliss.
Well that's a nice 0.03 on the CI (coherence index)
