It's funny how not many people know about this game here. It has to be the most amazing board game I've ever come across, and it's all the more surprising since it's been around for quite a while now.
The game, in principle, is brilliant: You have resources, you have location, and you have probabilities, and the way in which they all work together coupled with the virtually infinite variations of starting positions makes for some intense, fun gameplay.
The pictures shows a particularly nasty point in the game where I (white) rather rudely took away blue's longest road, eventually allowing red to win. Strategy without overt conflict. Who would have thought? Shush; not me.
Sadly there aren't any decent online versions of the game, and even if you overlook the fact that they all have clunky interfaces, none of them have support for people behind HTTP proxies.
